Dr. Catherine Grytting has been teaching energy classes since 2000. She was a classroom music teacher for 33 years, and an adjunct teacher at Antioch University, Seattle, from 2000 to 2003. She understands instructional models and she engages her learners. The classes blend activities and conversation so that participants explore, practice and integrate the information. Classes in Energy Healing

The purpose of this class is to explore energy work as a healing practice. Participants will:

• Grow in awareness of their own energy.
• Practice feeling and moving energy.
• Discuss the nature of energy.
• Practice tools to raise the level of their vibration.

Classes in Numerology and Tarot

In this class you will:

• Learn what energies the numbers 1-9, the suits of the Tarot and the Major Arcana cards represent.
• Learn various reading layouts.
• Practice reading the cards.
• Apply the wisdom of Numerology and Tarot to your experiences, relationships and life challenges.

Cost: $100 for a 60 minute class

Private lessons are available for $150 per hour.
