Meditation is a contemplative practice that connects us with inner wisdom and deepens our relationship with that which is greater than ourselves. It takes many forms and may involve sitting in silence, drumming, toning, or engaging in action designed to focus attention and expand awareness.

I use Tibetan singing bowls to quiet the mind, enhance deep relaxation and expand awareness.

Starting October 6, 2021 through June 1, 2022, I will host a monthly, sitting, group meditation, sound bath designed to help you grow in mindfulness and cultivate a stabilizing energy to support yourself, those with whom you interact and the planet.
