Meditation is a contemplative practice that connects us with inner wisdom and deepens our relationship with that which is greater than ourselves. It takes many forms and may involve sitting in silence, drumming, toning, or engaging in action designed to focus attention and expand awareness.

Starting September 5, 2018 through January 16, 2019, I will host a bi-monthly, sitting meditation group designed to help you grow in mindfulness and cultivate a stabilizing energy to support yourself, those with whom you interact and the planet. We will meet on the first and third Wednesdays of each month from 7:00 to 8:00 PM at my home in north Seattle. The cost is $10 per session.
